Great Migration in Maasai Mara
Day
Maasai Mara Park is renowned for its rich safaris and the world-famous Maasai tribe. The main reason to visit in September is the Great Migration of animals, which you'll witness up close.

Aside from the world's best safari experience, you'll have the chance to learn about Maasai traditions and philosophy, enjoy guided nature walks, and experience cultural evenings under the stars. Additionally, you can opt for a hot air balloon ride or a picnic in the savannah during your stay in the park.
After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip and fly to the northern Serengeti. You'll cross the border between Kenya and Tanzania. One of the main advantages of a safari in the northern Serengeti is the opportunity to witness the migration of zebras and wildebeests.

This annual event sees over two million animals crossing the Mara River in search of fresh grazing lands. It's one of the most impressive spectacles in the wild world and something worth experiencing at least once in a lifetime. The northern Serengeti is also known for its large predator populations, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and jackals.

The main reason to visit during this time of year is to witness the Great Migration of animals up close. The wildebeest migration in Serengeti is one of the most captivating and unique natural phenomena in the world.

Every year, hundreds of thousands of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles travel from Tanzania to Kenya in search of fresh grazing and water, then return to Tanzania. This journey can take months, and during this time, the animals face incredible challenges, including mass river crossings, predators, and blinding dust storms.

Leisure on the Indian Ocean
In addition to beach relaxation, Zanzibar is intriguing for its cultural heritage linked to the slave trade brought by European traders in the 19th century. The island boasts numerous historical sites such as the House of Wonders, Fort of Oman, Anglican Cathedral, and more.

Zanzibar also offers local museums where you can learn more about its history. One of the most popular sites is Freddie Mercury's House in Stone Town.
