Day 1

Arrival in Windhoek

Upon arrival in Windhoek, the capital of Namibia, you’ll set out by 4×4 into the Namib Desert — one of the oldest deserts on Earth. Your journey leads to Sossusvlei, a vast clay pan within Namib-Naukluft National Park.

You’ll spend the night at a lodge nearby. In the evening, enjoy dinner beneath the star-filled African sky.

Day 2

Deadvlei & Sesriem Canyon

After breakfast, you’ll head to Deadvlei, one of the most striking landscapes in Namib-Naukluft National Park. On the floor of this ancient clay pan stand blackened, petrified acacia trees — set against towering red dunes, the scenery feels almost otherworldly.

Next, you’ll visit Sesriem Canyon, whose name comes from Afrikaans, meaning “six thongs” — the number once tied together by farmers to draw water from its depths. You’ll walk to its narrowest and most dramatic section, where the scale of the canyon is especially впечатляющий.

Day 3

A Touch of Europe in the Desert

From the surreal, Mars-like landscapes of the desert, you’ll travel to Swakopmund — a coastal resort town with a distinctly European feel. German influence is evident in the architecture, street names, and even in the local language.

A stroll through the town followed by dinner at a seafood restaurant will round off the day.

Day 4

Seals & Flamingos

Set out on a marine cruise from Walvis Bay, Namibia’s main port. Along the way, you’ll pass oyster farms, the lighthouse at Pelican Point, and a colony of seals — often curious enough to swim right up to the boat. Watching them with a glass of champagne in hand makes the experience even more memorable.

Afterwards, continue to Sandwich Harbour, where towering dunes descend dramatically into the ocean. In a 4×4, you’ll climb to the top of the dunes for sweeping views of the Atlantic and flocks of pink flamingos below.

The day ends with a beachside picnic before returning to Swakopmund.

Day 5

The San People & a Night in the Desert

Early in the morning, you’ll set out for Spitzkoppe, a dramatic granite massif rising from the desert floor. These ancient peaks tower hundreds of meters above the plains and are among the oldest formations in Namibia. You’ll walk to the iconic Rock Bridge arch, take in the vast landscapes, and experience the deep silence of this place.

After lunch, visit a living museum of the San people, where you’ll discover their traditions and ancient survival skills.

By evening, you’ll arrive at a remote lodge in Damaraland, far from civilization.

Day 6

Rock Art & the Himba People

In the morning, you’ll visit Twyfelfontein, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Southern Africa’s most important archaeological landmarks. Here, more than 2,000 ancient rock engravings — some dating back around 6,000 years — have been preserved.

Afterwards, you’ll meet the Himba people, known for their distinctive traditions, ochre-colored hairstyles, and way of life that has remained largely unchanged for generations.

By evening, you’ll arrive at a lodge near Etosha National Park — time to relax and prepare for your upcoming encounters with wildlife.

Day 7

Safari in Etosha National Park

Today you’ll explore Etosha National Park. In the morning, set out on a game drive in an open safari vehicle with a ranger, who will help you spot wildlife and share fascinating insights along the way. There will be a stop for coffee and a light refreshment in the bush.

In the afternoon, return to the lodge for lunch and time to relax by the pool. As the sun begins to set, head out once more into the savannah, followed by dinner in the open air.

Day 8

Encounter with Cheetahs

In the morning, you’ll leave the wilderness of Etosha behind and begin your journey back toward Windhoek. Along the way, you’ll stop at a private reserve dedicated to rescued cheetahs, where you can observe them up close during feeding and witness their grace and power.

Afterwards, continue to the capital. In the evening, check in to your hotel and take time to reflect on the most memorable moments of your journey through Namibia.

Day 9

Journey Home

After breakfast, transfer to Windhoek Airport for your flight home.

You leave with Namibia’s vast horizons still within you — in the silence of the desert, the glow of its sunsets, and memories that linger long after the journey ends.
