Mother Africa
Day 1
Arrival in Johannesburg
Upon arrival in Johannesburg, you will be met at the airport and transferred to a boutique hotel in one of the city’s pleasant neighborhoods. There, you can relax after your long flight and enjoy dinner in the garden.
Day 2
A Dream Safari
After breakfast, you’ll transfer to the airport for a flight to the northeast of South Africa, near the border of Kruger National Park — home to the famous Big Five. Upon arrival, a lodge representative will meet you and take you to your safari lodge, located just twenty minutes from the airport.
After lunch in the savannah, you’ll head out on your first game drive — a three-hour journey in an open safari vehicle with a ranger who will track down wildlife and share fascinating insights about the animals and the ecosystem.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at the lodge and some time to relax — another safari awaits at sunrise.
Day 3
Morning Game Drive & Blyde River Canyon
Early in the morning, you’ll be woken with a cup of hot coffee and invited on a game drive — at sunrise, wildlife is especially active. Be sure to bring something warm, as the savannah is still cool after the night. Along the way, you’ll stop for tea or coffee right in the middle of the vast African landscape.
After the safari, breakfast awaits back at the lodge. Later in the day, you’ll visit Blyde River Canyon with its dramatic mountains, waterfalls, and breathtaking viewpoints. In the evening — a final game drive followed by dinner under the bright African stars.
Day 4
Unhurried Stellenbosch
In the morning, you can head out on one more safari, enjoy breakfast, and then fly south to Cape Town.
At the airport, your driver will meet you and take you to the historic town of Stellenbosch. Here you’ll check into a boutique hotel in the town center, stroll through its charming streets with your guide, and end the day with dinner at one of the town’s atmospheric restaurants.
Day 5
Journey Along the Garden Route
After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will meet you and you’ll set off on a road trip along the scenic Garden Route. Your first stop is Cape Agulhas — the southernmost point of the African continent.
After a walk around the cape, the road will lead you to a charming coastal town at the beginning of this famous route. You’ll check into a boutique hotel right by the ocean, enjoy a dinner of fresh seafood, and fall asleep to the sound of the Indian Ocean.
Days 6–7
National Parks of the Garden Route
These days will be dedicated to exploring the national parks of the Garden Route — waterfalls, caves, mountain rivers, and the dramatic landscapes of South Africa’s Indian Ocean coastline. If you wish, you can also visit elephant, bird, and monkey sanctuaries.
You’ll enjoy lunches at vineyards and in the harbor of a town famous for its oysters, along with engaging excursions led by your guide.
Day 8
Cape Town
After breakfast, you’ll transfer to the airport for a one-hour flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival, your driver will meet you and take you to a hotel by the ocean.
After check-in, enjoy lunch at a beachside restaurant with fresh seafood and views of the waves and surrounding mountain peaks. Later, take a walk along the waterfront with your guide, and in the evening, have dinner at one of Cape Town’s stylish restaurants in the city center.
Day 9
Historic City Center
In the morning, you’ll enjoy a guided tour of Cape Town: the historic city center, local designer boutiques, coffee at a cozy café, and photos in the famous Bo-Kaap neighborhood with its colorful houses.
Afterwards, lunch awaits at a contemporary restaurant in one of the city’s most beautiful spots, followed by a walk through the Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Toward evening, you’ll watch the sunset by the ocean and end the day with dinner on the waterfront.
Day 10
Cape of Good Hope
After breakfast, you’ll set out for the Cape of Good Hope — an iconic place that simply can’t be missed when visiting Cape Town. The drive follows a scenic coastal pass along the ocean, with a stop at a stylish café along the way.
At the cape, where two oceans meet and ostriches and antelopes roam freely, you’ll spend several hours: climbing up to the lighthouse, hearing local legends from your guide, and discovering secluded beaches. Afterwards, enjoy lunch by the ocean and visit the famous beach where penguins live — you can walk along the boardwalks nearby and take photos with them. In the evening, return to the hotel and have dinner on the waterfront.
Day 11
Winelands
After breakfast, your guide will take you to the Winelands, just 45 minutes from Cape Town. Here, a different world begins: vineyards set among the mountains, blooming gardens, historic estates and contemporary wineries, art, and refined cuisine.
You’ll visit three different wineries — a historic estate, a design-forward winery, and a family-run vineyard — where you’ll enjoy tastings and take in some of the region’s most beautiful views. In the evening, dinner awaits in the center of Stellenbosch, with its European charm and cozy streets.
Day 12
